The Process

Initial construction document and budget reviews of the design team and construction team documents are an important part of aligning responsibilities. For instance, some design services include providing and management of all fixtures, others include specification and purchase by others. The owner could purchase or the general contractor may furnish and install. It’s important to understand who is purchasing what and where the delivery ownership to installation responsibilities arise. This is a critical job of our project management team. As well as defining and projecting gaps in documents or schedule or project management team also performs the following tasks on behalf of the owner

  1. Payment review and approval
  2. Project meetings with design/construction team to confirm schedule or deliverables
  3. Review and management of phasing schedules as required per project
  4. Quality control
