This design and renovation of  a former dance studio into a boutique/open concept office for a growing workforce required an open concept for team engagement. Maximizing a small floor plan to accommodate the open office space, conference rooms, kitchenette, phone room, collaboration space, support areas, and new bathroom. The kitchenette features an island with custom a custom waterfall counter made from re-purposed granite and antique wood slabs. Utilizing white boards and white board paint we created multiple collaboration areas for teams to meet. Mirrors at the end of the small entrance-way allows the office admin to monitor doorway while being out of the way.
